Listed in the National Registry of Outcome Evaluators, the Oklahoma Technical Assistance Center (OTAC) has a record of providing unbiased, customized services grounded in standards for the highest quality research and evaluation. Having completed hundreds of program evaluations, OTAC has consistently met the delivery and performance requirements of the U.S. Department of Education, Oklahoma State Department of Education, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs, Oklahoma Arts Council, other state and local agencies, and local school districts.

               

It is OTAC’s belief that evaluation must be a flexible, responsive enterprise. The OTAC staff has extensive technical expertise in research and program evaluation and a working knowledge of Oklahoma schools, teachers, and resources. With more than 30 years of experience in implementing programs in Oklahoma educational settings, OTAC staff can design customized, independent program evaluations that are both effective and efficient.
